How much alkaline water should I drink and in what way?

For prevention, drink alkaline water every day instead of tap water in the amount of 30 ml per each kilogram of your body weight or an average of 2-2.5 liters daily. It is best to drink water 30 minutes before or 1 hour after your meal. It is recommended to drink the first portion (even 2 cups) in the morning before breakfast.
The amount of water we drink every day does not include coffee, tea or soft drinks. These beverages contain water but also substances that remove it from our bodies. You should drink regularly and not wait until you have dry mouth. Unfortunately, not only adults but also children are not able to drink water and refuse to do it. They demand carbonated beverages and pasteurised juices. However, these beverages heavily acidify our bodies (pH = 2.7-3.5), destroying the growing child's body and creating favorable conditions for the development of diseases.
